Dr Hyman said that if corn goes well, you add dairy back for two days. If you feel bad, eliminate dairy and move down the list to dairy and gluten, followed by citrus and tomatoes. Dr Oz: Elimination Diet Trigger Symptoms. Watch for symptoms like: Fatigue. Brain Fog. Stomach Problems. Rashes. Symptoms could actually be worse this time around. If you find a food that triggers your sensitivity, cut it out of your diet for three months before trying it again.
